Sales Manager

Delhi-NCR, India

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to manage and support sales activities related to OEM clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, sales coordination, proposal preparation, and post-sales support including payment and invoice follow-ups. This role requires strong coordination with internal teams and excellent communication with clients to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with OEM sales teams to align strategies and track progress
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales leads effectively 
  • Collaborate with technical teams for specifications, pricing, and proposals
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals and tenders within deadlines
  • Attend client meetings and maintain strong relationships.

Must Have

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in OEM sales (mandatory) and sales coordination
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations and company profiles
  • Relationship Management
  • Experience in handling government or corporate tenders 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
