Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge in Oracle HCM, functional subject area, and system capabilities to meet deadlines, follow procedures and policies, and apply data and resources to support projects or initiatives. Collaborates with Product leaders, solution architects, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of software solutions for our business clients.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver secure applications using DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall.

Translate business requirements into stable software solutions.

Build, configure, migrate changes, and provide post-implementation support.

Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing with proper documentation.

Develop and modify applications while following company standards and policies.
Must Have

3+ yrs in HR Tech (Core HR, Absence, Payroll).
- 2+ yrs with Oracle HCM tools (Fast Formula, HDL, BI Publisher, Extracts, Workflows).
- 3+ yrs in Oracle HCM Cloud (development, config, implementation).
- Experience with SDLC/project life cycle.
