This role will be responsible for ensuring the secure and appropriate access to the HRconnect applications (Oracle, Salesforce, Perceptive, etc..) based on functional roles and responsibilities. Work closely with the business and technical teams to design, implement and maintain robust functional security measures for our applications. Providing essential support with updating security configuration, managing user provisioning or de-provisioning users, troubleshooting security issues, analyzing and solutioning security needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects by managing priorities, resources, and compliance.
  • Support self & team development through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Gather/document business requirements and build business cases (ROI, TCO).  
  • Analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT/stakeholders on solution design, vendor evaluation, and best practices.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, or related field.
  • 3+ yrs HR ERP security (Oracle HCM/PeopleSoft/Workday). 
  • Experience with HCM tools (HDL, Extracts, BI Publisher) & SDLC. 
  • ERP environments with complex integrations. ​
  • Strong in RBAC/SoD; certifications OCP, CISSP, Agile) preferred.

Skillls

  • HR ERP Security (Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Workday).  
  • HCM Tools – HDL, Extracts, BI Publisher, Personalization.
  • Application Development & SDLC experience.
  • ERP Integrations (real-time & batch).
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) & Segregation of Duties (SoD).
