Refund and Cancellation Policy


BeyonData Solutions Private Limited (“BeyonData,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values customer satisfaction and is committed to delivering high-quality Odoo applications, software solutions, and related services (“Services”).

This Refund and Cancellation Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which Customers (“You” or “Customer”) may request cancellations or refunds for our Services.


1. Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • All Odoo applications, modules, customization, and software services purchased directly from BeyonData.
  • It does not apply to third-party software, plugins, or services integrated with our applications unless explicitly stated.


2. Cancellation Policy

Before Service Commencement

  • Customers may request cancellation before the start of development, customization, or deployment.
  • A full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable administrative fees (as communicated at the time of purchase).

After Service Commencement

  • If the Service has already started (development, configuration, or deployment), cancellations may be subject to partial charges based on work completed.
  • BeyonData will calculate the refundable amount proportionate to completed work/hours, and the remaining balance will be refunded.


3. Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Refund requests are valid only if made within the stipulated time-frame and in accordance with this Policy.
  • Digital products (Odoo modules, apps, custom code) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless defective or non-functional as per agreed specifications.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

  • If a purchased Odoo application/module is technically defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, Customers may request a full refund or replacement within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Customers may be asked to provide evidence of the defect, and BeyonData will first attempt to rectify the issue before approving a refund.

Payment Method

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Processing time depends on the payment gateway or banking institution and may take 15–20 business days after approval.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already delivered and accepted by the Customer.
  • Partial development/customization completed as per the Customer’s instructions.
  • Downloaded or accessed digital products that conform to agreed specifications.
  • Third-party licenses, hosting, or integration costs purchased on behalf of the Customer.


5. Request Procedure

To request a cancellation or refund, the Customer must:

  1. Send a written request to info@beyondatagroup.com including:
    • Order ID / Invoice number
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for cancellation/refund
  2. Provide supporting documentation (if applicable) for defective or non-conforming products.
  3. Await confirmation of approval/rejection from BeyonData.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15–20 business days.


6. Modifications to This Policy

BeyonData reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
