      (1)    Gather and analyse requirements & business processes.
      
      (2)    Write a clear requirement and GAP analysis Odoo implementation & Implement new features Provide training and support Manage tasks and the overall plan of software development.
      
      

    • Responsibilities:
      
      (1)    Draft Technical Documents with details about Technical solution to any complex client customization requirement.
      
      (2)    Provide technical guidance the development team to implement the Odoo Customization solutions wherever necessary.
      
      (3)    Design technical architectural solutions for new Odoo module or major customisations.
      
      (4)    Test new functions / modifications to existing Odoo application modules in accordance with Odoo application support.
      
      (5)    Configuration, installation and maintenance of server and multi database Odoo environments which are easily maintainable, reusable.
      
      (6)    Conduct timely code reviews and ensure that coding done by team adhere to coding best practices and standards.
      
      (7)    Find out permanent solutions of technical impediments. Investigate and find out solution of a weird bug that can be hardly reproduced in the development environment.
      
      (8)    Build expertise of the team on complete system understanding as well as technical understanding Continuously look out the ways for Technical Improvisations and think the long term consequences.
